I've thought for a long time that I'm either the reincarnation of my dead brother or more likely that I contain both my own soul and the soul of my brother. I'm not sure what that would be called...so if anyone knows what the name of that is, if there is one, please let me know.

There are several reasons why I think this.
1. I was conceived immediately after my brother died (well at the next possible time my mother could have gotten pregnant, so within 2 weeks, give or take...maybe less)
2. I've always felt like I'm not completely female, but I don't feel like I'm a guy born into a girl's body either. Rather I feel female with a male entity within me.
3. I've always wanted to go by the nickname of "Andy" and even though it isn't a common nickname for my real name, it can be a nickname for it. This didn't seem that significant until today when my mom found a list of baby names and discovered that my brother's name was Andrew. Keep in mind that I had always thought his name was Matthew, but that would have been my name if I had been born a boy. So, I have a strong yearning to be called Andy (I don't know why I feel nervous about getting people to call me that...I guess it's just weird when I've never gone by that in my life) and my brother's name was Andrew...

So does anyone know of any religions or beliefs that talk about dual souls? Or is it more possible that I am a reincarnation of my brother? I feel like dual souls makes the most sense, but I haven't really heard of that before.
