Yup I do that all the time

. Journaling really helps me out when I'm anxious. It's like a release. I used to send friends really long messages and then rewrite them and add stuff and send them again, now I just save the email/texts as drafts and just send one. Sometimes it feels like there's so much on my mind I want to get out.
