You are so lucky to be in the situation you're in now. Just think in 10 years, if you do meet someone now, you might have kids relying on you, just because you wanted someone now and won't wait for it, even though you have to. I say if i was in your shoes to play the field awhile until you can find that special someone, we all come with our own baggage of stuff, you might meet someone soon or years from now, just enjoy the now moments. There are plenty of girls out there who would love to be with you for materialistic reasons too, it sounds like all your needs are met and more.
