  Hi Lizard ~ isolating ~ looking after yourself, these are just words so it doesn't matter how you term it. What does matter is what works or help YOU. I isolate according to the Psych, to be I ''look after'', end of, it's my choice. HUGS n MORE HUGS. XXXXX
