I too wouldn't put much stock in those on-line quizzes. Try not to worry about anything that has not been officially diagnosed, though if you have concerns about other things, I'd bring them up with your pdoc.
If you're struggling so much in your daily life, I'd really consider therapy. It can help you with your relationships, potentially depression, anxiety. If you don't already have one, maybe your pdoc could refer you? Best of luck.
