I am having difficulties with my anxiety level lately. I am having a hard time coping with my everyday responsibilities. I am having issues with my partner and I am worried that we might be coming to a point I don't want to fight for us anymore. He has a lot of issues, anger management being the scariest one. I have been with him for a long time and we have been through quite the roller-coaster. I want to know any suggestions on how to bring my anxiety down. Like natural remedies, breathing technics what ever. I want to try to stay away from drugs. Because I want to try to deal with this.
