Who's told you that you have bipolar and/or Borderline? If they aren't a psychiatrist then it's just a guess on their part 
If you think that there's something warranting a straight answer... go and visit a psychiatrist to get diagnosed. They'll help you figure out what's going on, and they'll hopefully be able to help direct you to a therapist if you want someone to talk to.
You'll find a lot of support on this site, even if you don't have a diagnosis and aren't sure what's going on.
