Veesnothing, I would urge you too see a Health professional as you may need to be on meds, and I know that they can bring there own problems but for some people they have helped turn their lives around. Yes I am an adult, how do I cope? Thats a good one. For one I am on medication for depression, I also have insomnia. For the last few days things have been better than they have in a long time. I have a great husband who is very supportive and was there for me when I had psychosis. Did you have your thyroid checked. I am not a doctor but my G.P. said it can have a big part to play in your mood. Coping is getting help for yourself. I dont know where you are in the world but I would hope that you would have access to a doctor. That is the first step. I am sory I dont have any words of wisdom for you but I do hope you get help.
