Does anyone have any advice regarding divorce and being bipolar? I would just like to see if there are any legal issues with divorcing someone with a mental illness specifically bipolar. A community member once mentioned to me that a spouse has to support their former bipolar spouse financially after the divorce. Does anyone know if this is true or not? Does anyone know if you can use bipolar as a defense in a fault-based divorce?
