Hi. Sorry you are going through this right now. At least you are trying to reach out, to us and the crisis line. That's great. You need some professional help though. You shouldn't just stop taking your meds. It will cause massive withdrawals and cause a massive mood crash. If you feel that they aren't working properly then you need to go to your doc and ask for a med change or a dose increase.
If you are suicidal at the moment then you really should go to hospital. They can change your meds there too and monitor you while you transition. Do you have someone in real life you can phone ie family or a friend? it'd be good for you to have someone know how you feel right now so they can help and support you. They can also drive you to hospital and possibly be with you while you're being admitted. If you are really bad you should ph an ambulance or the crisis line and they will organise an ambulance. You really need some professional help to get you over this hump you are experiencing right now. It could be just a matter of tweaking your meds. Is there someone that can be with you till a bes opens up on monday? You shouldn't be alone. If you have no option other than to be alone, then stay logged on here. You should go to a chatroom and talk to someone. Support chat if you are going to mention suicide or just general chat if you just need company. If you don't feel like talking in chat, then stay on the forums and regularly post comments so people know you're still ok. Good luck, take care and pls keep us informed on your progress and any other developments. You don't have to do this alone. We are here to help you. And we do care.

It's a combo of blogs and poetry. I'm planning on writing more blogs, now I know people are actually reading it. I think the easiest way to find it is through google. Thanks. Or, hopefully this link works:
