I limit myself to my upper thighs. First, it is basically not visible to anyone (won't upset my kids or others). Second, my DBT therapist "challenged" me to only do it there.
In the very beginning I did my arms... then chest. When I started doing my thighs it was GREAT because the skin was so tender. It worked great and I could get a lot of satisfaction. Now the skin seems "tougher" (maybe not to the touch, but it shows up on how the razor acts).
Makes me want to go back to my arms. You can SEE the tender skin there.
