I don't believe there is any real connection or link from hedonism which is basically just a belief that pleasure or happiness is the most important goal in life. Narcissist is totally different and centers around self, and to do whatever is necessary to achieve what's best for self. That does not always translate in to true pleasure or happiness, or at least happiness. Otherwise why not link hedonism to sadists too?
