Hi.Im sorry that your going through this right now.One thing that has helped me is cutting caffeine completely out of my diet.It really made a difference for me. Also, breathing exercises helps too.Breathe in through you nose then hold it then slowly let it out though your mouth. Do this a couple of times nad you will less anxiety. I hope you feel better soon.
