ugh. yes, well maybe at this point in time, mild benzo or an antihistamine will help. Though I know what it is like to need immediate relief, and calm, when your thoughts feel and are too out of your control. My doctor has an emergency line, where she will call any script she feels will help immediately. do you have anything like this??
