A little over three months (I think it is like 96 days or something). All I remember is I did it right before going to the hospital for my bipolar. My therapist challenged me about this I am always saying "SI is not a part of my life anymore" yet I still do it from time to time...so I think it is still there lurking inside me. After I was so close yesterday...
