Oh wow, thanks for this Perna! I experienced all of these withdrawal symptoms, I was a chronic user, every day more than 3x a day for more than decade, I never ran out for more than four hours. It really explains a lot  from what I know, if we don't sober up, get off the drugs, our MH could stay in perpetual ruins for as long as we continue using for.
