Good news inkblot. If I remember this correctly from the thread a while back (and if I'm not mixing it up with something else) I don't think there should be any problem with you seeing him. He might have been bound by contract or by law not to "take" patients to the other job but there should be no reason that you can't find him and schedule an appointment on your own.

Especially in this case I think there is no way at all he could get in trouble, since he didn't even give you his address, no one could accuse him of even hinting that you could "follow" his practice. You found him on your own, your choice.
