That is actually a pretty huge positive step toward maintaining your health. Lots of people cannot recognize that, they overdo it , sometimes intentionally, thinking it might be good to keep busy. That may well be but you have to know your limits.
Stay in the "one day at a time" mindset for as long as you need to... that's the way to get healthy and stay healthy.
