T always walks in first. She comes out to get me and I follow her into the office. I've often noticed I find it somewhat uncomfortable because there's not a lot of space between the door and her desk and she is the one who closes the door, so she waits at the desk until I'm inside. So there's this awkward time when I'm walking in and she's basically looking at the wall or right at me, so I try to rush to the chair and make it less weird. Now that I think about it, I'm wondering why I don't just close the door. Might try that next time.
