Totally agree. And this is the answer to most of these posts, including my own, about frustration with or about one's T. Bring the emotion, concern, thought, anxiety, whatever it is, up with T. Amazing things can come from this.

But in the meantime, I think it's all right to record or express these frustrations and items, and ask for feedback. As long as it doesn't lead to not sharing them with T.
