Im no expert but i have been with anxiety for many years now. If you stop it will bother you for some time. It will take all that you have inside to put a stop to it. After some time your mind may "give up" so to speak, then you can focus on your life and get in touch with your body and your feelings instead of being disconnected with everything thats around you. The longer you continue negativity the harder it is to get out. Make a solid effort and reach within.
