Hi I unconsciously started walking around my house and kept on saying my leg had a cramp I was told about this the next morning by someone i live with and I do not remember at all anything about this. Why did I not just wake up and is this of any concern. I have sleepwalked in the past and have screamed at night and people in my house wake me up and tell me what happened as I don't remember.
