Well I know exactly how you feel about not having any purpose. Just getting out of bed and going thru the motions and then getting up the next day. It's very hard. But you do have to focus on anything positive that you do. Looking at all the negative stuff is easy. Focusing on the positive is what is so hard. But if you have anything at all, no matter how small, that is positive or something you can look forward to, it's better than just looking at the negative. Gradually they build up and you can have a reason to get up out of bed. Not yet for me, but I understand what you're going thru.
