I just finished doing a mindful yoga guided meditation cd. It was great! I feel so relaxed and in touch with myself right now. I think this is something I will add to my daily routine. I am surprised how much I enjoyed it and how relaxed and happy I feel now I love it when I find new things that work for me.

Has anyone else discovered some new healthy coping techniques lately?
