I'm glad it is helping you. I have found yoga and mediation vital for my well being so being able to go to a studio is great for me. I'm hoping going out to do yoga and being with someone will help reduce my winter depression. Yoga also helps with anxiety too so that's a great benefit for you. When I got out of the yoga class on Wednesday I was so relaxed and calm, it was such an amazing feeling and I'm so happy it helped so much.
