A few days after my bipolar depressive episode started in early August, my sleep - - which had been about 8 hours interrupted - - became horrible. Waking up numerous time during the night and early morning and being very pi**ed off when I finally got out of bed for the day because of my crappy night's sleep.

Now, thanks to lunesta at bedtime, I wake up ONCE around 1:30 or 2:30 a.m. (after going to bed at 9:00 p.m.) and fall right back to sleep until 5:00 a.m. or so. 1/2 the time that's with an extra klonopin at 1:30 or 2:30. 1/2 the time I don't even need the extra klonopin.

What a world of difference having quality sleep makes. Hoping others with disrupted sleep can find a solution!
