If you still find yourself craving the extra sleep, talk to your doctor about a sleep study to find out how much rest you're actually getting at night.

I don't take him to school. I get him up and then get on the couch while he gets his shower etc. I feel like I usually get enough sleep at night, 8 hours. I take melatonin to help with that. I am not up to a full dose of Lamictal yet so that will help I hope. I think you are right. I should leave the house when he does and head for Starbucks with my IPad.
