I'm sorry Poppy. Imo, similar to what MdngtRain said - I think that the fact you even recognized that you should try to avoid giving in (never the less TRIED!) is a major accomplishment. With each time it may get easier and easier. So, it didn't work out this time. It's okay. We can't win every time - you live and you learn. It takes time. You've already proven that you're stronger by simply recognizing that you can distract yourself. Great job for being so amazing! And much hugs!
