Hey guys,

I posted a thread in the "Other Treatments" section, but I think it might be more appropriate here.

Anyone have any experience or success stories in using biofeedback for anxiety?

So, I am dx'd with GAD, and also deal with panic attacks. On an everyday basis, more often they're less punctuated or dramatic (rapid heartbeat, excessive sweating, some shaking in my voice, and internal tension). As most of us here can relate, they can be inhibiting and really get in the way of general satisfaction and success. I personally don't want to take any meds - just my personal preference. I've done it for other issues and would rather remain free of it at this point. So...

Anyone have any experience with using a biofeedback device for anxiety? If so, what sort of device/method would you recommend? Here's a link to biofeedback for anxiety within PC: Managing Anxiety with Biofeedback | World of Psychology . Thanks for sharing
