I have know idea if you were referring to me Thorn Bird I'm actually a she - not that it matters I still maintain that our self-concept and self-esteem is something within us we need to love ourselves - the paradox is that to love we first have to have been loved. I think anything if it be a career, a project you are working on etc. can help boost your morale which in turn will help with your self esteem - I hope this helps
