Hey Indievisible. Yeah, that's a pretty shaky description there. If I see pseudo-scientific language like that, I'm skeptical. Is it possible that this was a poorly-written description though? I mean I'm totally with you in that I do not agree with any sort of idea that there is some "proper" brainwave state. Hm. I think I need to do more research and see what other people think of it. Because from what I understand, biofeedback is really simply about self-monitoring. In the case of anxiety, it could mean having something that allows someone to take note of when they're feeling the physical symptoms. Okay...well, I'll continue reading more up on it.
