
I can't imagine how hard that must be but it seems that talking to your T helps you manage those feelings? T can be a hard place when those feelings come up but it also seems like the best place. While your T sessions can bring up these emotions and memories they can also give you the time and skills to work through them and come out stronger.
I know it doesn't make it any easier now but in time it will get better again.
