My T is in private practice. He runs a small therapy centre with a few rooms for hire and several other Ts use it along with a few other kinds of practitioners (e.g. acupuncture) but I've only ever seen one other T there. They don't have a receptionist and he handles all his own scheduling etc so I don't ever have to go through a third party.

The interim T I saw in the summer was in private practice at her house.
