You took it out yourself so you need a gyn exam. Tell them that you are concerned may be pregnant. You need to do this as fast as you can because there are very few bipolar meds that are safe during pregnancy and it's not safe to go off them 'cold turkey'. I would not worry about the symptoms as they can be caused by stress also. If you are pregnant do you/are you able to have a part-time job?
