I felt the same, but I kept coming back. People do respect your anonymity and I understand your boundaries. I still leave bits of my thoughts in different places.

One person told me how she got all that was bothering out into words. As she walked down the street, she told each stranger a paragraph of her story. And she found she had spoken out loud what needed to come out, but the words were scattered among people who she did not know.

So, I hope you can return here and post as well as using the resources here at PC Forums.
