Thank you Payne, it was having a bit of a meltdown the other night.  The rest of the message was written out of pure anger. It was incoherent IMO that's why I shortened it down to the point. The anxiety was an understatement though, I was totally beating myself up the other night. "Catastrophizing" somebody called me out on.
