Beth, I don't know anything about this so I'm not going to advise anything, but from what other people say, it might not solve all the problems. I think you should research this and other alternatives as much as you can before making any decision. Your doctor might not be impartial, or he might not consider anything non-medical. There might be another solution somewhere. Is there any kind of health agency you could contact for advice?
