I'm so sorry, BipolaRNurse. There are varying views about whether you surrendered your sobriety. For my money, the fact you didn't drink Jack means your sobriety is intact. While taking pills ain't a good thing, at least you didn't give in to drink. Don't beat yourself up. "Progress, not perfection."
