I don't know how you manage to be on your phone at work! What is your job? Is there nothing you like about it?
I cannot work like I used to, so I always envy those that can.
As far as going to the gym, it will take an effort, you will have to force yourself to go at 1st. Maybe if you could find someone to be your exercise buddy for a while. I have a new friend who wants to walk together, so I am forced to get going even when I don't feel like it. It helps me get out of my own head for awhile.
Maybe something like that would work for you...
