I agree with peanut, that the decision can be made at anytime. And since it isn't one to make lightly, to try other avenues before going down that path.

I hope this week goes well. And I think it's good that you have the numbers and some info if you do decide to call.

I've thought about calling them before, but had many of the same questions and fears, and haven't dialed any of them as of yet.
