BUT - I certainly do not need an ER. LOL - I think I am lousy at clearly stating things in writing....

I am in therapy. I have my meds (which I do take). I see FOUR shrinks/doctors. So I am covered.

When I said I am off the deep end - it was cuz the cutting (i dont know).... it kinda cracks me up. Literally makes me laugh. And understand I do not cut deep, mine are very shallow - just enough to bleed. So, my cuts will NEVER require an ER visit.
