I think it's awesome that you write it down!
I was on an airplane one time and stewing about an organization that I belonged to. I was so angry about many things. So I decided to write a list of everything I was angry about. I figured I'd fill the page.
I listed 11 things on the first page. And kept going. And going. In the end, I listed 76 things that made me angry about this organization! Cathartic plane ride!
Good luck with your T. It's so hard to express anger in therapy. Especially if anger wasn't allowed in our childhood homes.
