Hey Girl,
I do read alot, write. It's weird though that this kinda of thing now a days rarely bums me out. Cause really what can you do what is done is done. I don't know why those two words affected me the way that they did. Maybe reading the symptoms list was a bad idea.
I guess though that I'd rather have a name for the symptoms, becaue then you'd understand it better and can go about things differently. Makes it easier to go forward, not knowing keeps you at a standstill.
I forgave myself a long time ago, well not forgive but I let it all god, I was able to not lives with the guilt and shame, I live now only with the regret that what I went through happened, doing that was like a major release, now I can move on because of that.
