Getting back to basics is often a good place when things become over-whelming. . . grounding . . . journaling . . . walking . . . you know the drill as so many of us do. I also understand that when you are in a bad place, it's so terribly hard to do anything. I do so know what that means. I think everyone here does.

I wish I had the magic words to help you out of this dark place, if I did, I'd pull myself out too. For now, maybe it will help to know that others are here with you. You are not alone and we all do understand. Keep posting, it does help to release and be understood.
