After weeks of struggling, picking up the phone only to put it back down, knowing I should call but not having the guts to call. I finally called my tdoc! It turns out I was placed on that program! Not only do I get free visits, but I also qualify to see a pdoc (the insurance I had only allowed the tdoc). Downside? The pdoc doesn't have an opening until Oct 28th. I took it though...and asked to placed on a waiting list in case anyone cancels.

Which leads me to my dilemma-
She said that probably the best thing for me to do is to check myself into the stabilization unit (it's just like inpatient but not technically considered hospitalization). It's a 3 day stay maximum. Upside- I will get started on meds immediately, be seen each day by doctors and nurses, and there is a grant program so I can go for free. Downside- if I go this will be my 3rd hospital stay in 6 months.

What do I do? Do I go into the stabilization unit, or tough it out until 28th??? If I go I won't go until Monday... I have my girls this weekend and I WILL NOT miss it!
