It is now 7am here and I've had my shower and am getting ready for work. Guess it would be 5am in WA right now so I hope you were finally able to get a little sleep.

I drove out to the lake just to get away from the house.....very cold but away from here was what I needed.

It is a vicious cycle........sorry it is one you have in common with me.
