Have you asked him why this is? Try to be open and pleasant and curious about why he is sleeping in on a daily basis and maybe you might get some answers?

Clearly you both need to work on your addictions, particularly since you are in a relationship because this means that one addiction contributes to the other. Have you considered some time apart so you can work on this?

It sounds like he should be more understanding of your need to cuddle, particularly since he is able to sleep when you are at work. Although, if you are criticising him for sleeping during the day if probably doesn't make sense for you to use it as a reason?
