Ugh. I hate that attitude! It's so superior-sounding. As though the T is the all-knowing, well-rounded and perfect guru who is going to critique you into shape lol

I would seriously have walked out or thought about it anyway (my anxiety might prevent me from doing so). I've had the victim speech given to me by my T (tactfully) and even that rubbed me the wrong way. I do not choose to feel this way - if I could just snap out of it, surely I would! And if it's an unconscious thing, I'm not sure placing blame is appropriate or, in any way, helpful.
