Thank you for the replies! Im 1 and 2 i am 44 years old and have also suspected for years that i was bipolar. I just did not want to believe it.
Im now starting the medication ride so far im either overly anxious or overly tired. I hope to find a happy place soon.
Right now im in a depressed state, feeling everyone is out to get me etc...who knows what tomorrow will bring. Im trying to read and learn all i can about this so that i can learn to cope.
