I am so lost I don't know what to do anymore. I have one friend left in my life and I can't even talk to him anymore because he doesn't understand how I'm feeling and he doesn't understand how hard it is for me right now. I can't be alone because all I do is cry and think of doing stupid things. I need he'll trying to get him to understand how hard this is for me and that I need his help to get thru this. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to talk to him
